• How do I pronounce your name?

There are two ways in which you can pronounce my name. Rei as Ray or Rei as Lei. The first one is the English pronunciation and the second one is the Japanese pronunciation.

• Where are you from?

I’m from Tokyo, Japan. I spent 14 years of my life there before attending to a boarding school in Oregon, U.S.A. Now, I live in Utsunomiya, Japan.

• What do you do for a living?

I’m a professional bicycle mechanic of UCI Continental Team, Utsunomiya Blitzen (BLZ). If you want to know more about me, head to About.

• Do you still practice pottery?

Unfortunately, no. I don’t have access to pottery wheels and kilns near where I live. I still love pottery and love to see many artists’ work. For my past works, head to Ceramics.
